Privacy Notice: mietubl.ph Shop Checkout
Ano ang kinukuha namin sa checkout. Your name, store name (kung dealer), mobile number, email, delivery address, and the details of your order. If you pay by bank or GCash, we keep the proof of payment you upload. We never ask for your card number, PIN or password on our site.
Bakit. To process and confirm your order, deliver it, send the receipt, give after-sales service and warranty support, and contact you about your order. With your tick in the box at checkout, we may also send you Mietubl promos and new products (puwede mong i-stop anytime).
Sino ang nakakakita. Mietubl staff who handle orders, payments and after-sales; the courier for the delivery (name, mobile, address only); and the payment provider you chose (for example Skyro for the machine package). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Gaano katagal. For as long as needed for your order, the 1-year warranty and the records the law requires us to keep (BIR records: 10 years, [lawyer to confirm]), then we delete or anonymize it. Promo consent lasts until you withdraw it.
Saan naka-store. On our own order system in the Philippines, with access limited by role and password. [Assumption: no overseas transfer; Wena to confirm the hosting location.]
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to promos, or withdraw consent. Email mietubl.ph@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject; we answer within 15 working days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Terms of Order: mietubl.ph Shop
- Order confirmation. Your checkout is an order request. The order is confirmed only when Mietubl sends you a confirmation (Messenger, SMS or email) with the final amount, including the shipping fee. Stock is reserved only after confirmation. [Assumption: confirmation within 1 working day.]
- Prices. Prices are in Philippine pesos and come from the current Mietubl price list. A quotation is valid for 7 days [assumption] from its date; after that, ask for a new one. Prices may change without notice before an order is confirmed. Dealer prices apply only to registered dealers.
- Payment. Cash at the store, bank transfer, GCash, Shopee checkout, or COD via LBC. Skyro installment is available for the Hydrogel Machine Package only, needs 1 valid ID, and follows Skyro's own approval and terms (Confirmed: cash, Skyro, COD via LBC, Shopee for the machine package). Bank and GCash payments count only once our Finance team sees the money in the account, not from a screenshot. Please upload the proof of payment at checkout or send it to our page.
- Delivery. Pick-up at the store, or delivery by courier (LBC, Lalamove, AP Cargo or others we use). The shipping fee depends on your location and is confirmed before you pay. There is no free shipping. Delivery time depends on the courier and your area [assumption: Metro Manila 1 to 3 days, provinces 3 to 7 days]. Check the package when it arrives; report damage or a missing item within [3] days with photos.
- Returns and warranty. All products bought from our store or kiosks carry a 1-year warranty (Confirmed; exact terms to be written). The warranty for the hydrogel machine and the "lifetime after-sales" promise are [to confirm, Approvals 28b720b1]. - Cancellation. You may cancel for free before the order is confirmed. After confirmation and before shipping, message us; a cancellation of a paid order is refunded to the same account, less any bank fee [assumption]. Once shipped, a cancellation is treated as a return (item 5). Custom-cut films and opened consumables are not cancellable once made [assumption].
- Dealer and package orders. The Hydrogel Machine Package (₱25,000, machine + 100 free films, with training), the Slatwall (₱150,000 stock purchase, display on free use) and the Kiosk (₱350,000 / ₱400,000) follow their own agreement, which Michael signs. These Terms cover the order only.
